BDKIK.COM সর্বদা ক্রেতার চাহিদাকেই প্রাধান্য দেই, সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের সহজ রির্টান পলিসি রয়েছে, যেখানে আপনি খুব সহজে পন্য রিফান্ড করতে পারবেন। অর্ডারকৃত পন্য ডেলিভারির সময় (ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায়) নিচের কিছু সহজ শর্তে পন্য রির্টান করতে পারবেনঃ
১। আপনার অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের সমস্যার (যেমন, ভাঙ্গা, ছোড়া, ভুল সাইজ, অর্ডারের সাথে পণ্যের মিল না থাকা ইত্যাদি) ক্ষেত্রে আপনি আপনার অর্ডার কৃত পন্য রির্টান করতে পারবেন।
২। ডেলিভারি ম্যান থাকা অবস্থায় 09697 181 888/017 444 23 888 উক্ত নম্বরে কল করে রির্টান এর জন্য কমপ্লেইন করতে হবে।
৩। রির্টান এর ক্ষেত্রে পন্যটির বক্স সহ পন্য অক্ষত অবস্থায় ফেরত দিতে হবে। (অবশ্যই ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর সামনে পার্সেল আনপ্যাক করতে হবে) অন্যথায় রির্টান কার্যকর হবেনা।
৪। রির্টান করার জন্য রির্টান চার্জ প্রযোজ্য; ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে রির্টান চার্জ ১৫০ টাকা এবং ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে রির্টান চার্জ ২০০ টাকা প্রযোজ্য। উল্লেখ্য যে, যদি পন্যটি ভাঙ্গা কিংবা অর্ডারকৃত পন্য অমিল থাকে সেক্ষেত্রে রির্টান চার্জ প্রযোজ্য নয়।
৫। ফুল পেমেন্ট করা পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে উপরোক্ত শর্তাবলী কার্যকর হবে। উল্লেখ্য যে, ফুল পেমেন্ট করা পন্য রির্টান এর ২-৬ ঘন্টার মধ্যে রির্টান চার্জ কেটে রেখে বাকি টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
৬। ফুল পেমেন্ট করা পন্যের ক্ষেত্রে রির্টানকৃত পন্য পুনরায় নিতে চাইলে (ষ্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে), আবার নিতে পারবে অথবা যে নম্বর থেকে টাকা সেন্ড করা হয়েছে সেই নম্বরে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। অবশ্যই রির্টান চার্জ কেটে রেখে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

BDKIK.COM যে সকল পণ্যের গ্যারান্টি রয়েছে, সেগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে নিন্ম শর্তে আমরা এক্সচেঞ্জ সুবিধা দিয়ে থাকি।
১। সকল প্রকার সনাতন গোল্ড / গোল্ড নোসপিন এর ক্ষেত্রে ১২ মাসের এক্সচেঞ্জ করার সুবিধা রয়েছে, এক্সচেঞ্জ করার ক্ষেত্রে যে ডিজাইন ক্রয় করেছেন, সেই একই ডিজাইনের ক্ষেত্রে কোন এক্সট্রা চার্জ কর্তন করা হয়না। উল্লেখ্য যে, যদি আপনি ডিজাইন চেঞ্জ করেন সেক্ষেত্রে বিগত সময় ক্রয়কৃত পন্যের ২৫% বাদ দিয়ে দাম নির্ধারন করা হয়, এবং তা নতুন পন্যের সাথে দাম সমন্বয় করা হবে।
২। এক্সচেঞ্জ করার ক্ষেত্রে এক্সচেঞ্জ চার্জ প্রযোজ্য, ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জ চার্জ ১৫০ টাকা এবং ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে এক্সচেঞ্জ চার্জ ২০০ টাকা প্রযোজ্য।
৩। এক্সচেঞ্জ করার জন্য আপনার কাছে থাকা পন্যটির ছবি এবং তা ভালোভাবে প্যাকিং করে আমাদের ফেসবুক পেজ এ অথবা ওয়াটস্এ্যাপ
(017444 23 888) ছবি পাঠাতে হবে এবং আমরা তা পর্যালোচনা করে এক্সচেঞ্জ অর্ডার কনফার্ম করবো।
৪। অর্ডার কনর্ফাম করার পর আমরা নতুন পন্যটি ডেলিভারি কোম্পানীর কাছে ট্রান্সফার করবো, পরবর্তীতে আপনি নতুন পন্যটি ডেলিভারি ম্যান এর কাছ থেকে বুঝে নিয়ে এক্সচেঞ্জ পন্যটি ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে বুঝিয়ে দিবেন।
৫। একটি পন্য সব্বোর্চ ২ (দুই) বার এক্সচেঞ্জ করতে পারবেন। পরবর্তীতে এক্সচেঞ্জ করার প্রয়োজন হলে, ক্রয়কৃত পন্যের মূল্য থেকে ৫০% কর্তন করা হবে।
Warranty Policy
BDKIK.COM থেকে পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে কিছু শর্তাবলীঃ
১। অর্ডারকৃত পন্য স্টক থাকা সাপেক্ষে ডেলিভারি করা হবে।
২। ঢাকা সিটির মধ্যে সব্বোর্চ ২-৩ কার্যদিবস এবং ঢাকা সিটির বাইরে ৩-৭ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন করা হয়, তবে উল্লেখ্য যে, অনিবার্য কারনে পন্যের ডেলিভারি কিছুটা বিলম্ব হলে, আমাদের ক্ষমা সুন্দর দৃষ্টিতে দেখার অনুরোধ রইলো।
৩। অর্ডার কনর্ফাম করার পর যেকোন সময় ‘‘BDKIK.COM” আপনার অর্ডার বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা রাখে। এক্ষেত্রে অগ্রিম মূল্য প্রদান করা হয়ে তা রিফান্ড পলিসি অনুসারে মূল্য ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
৪। পণ্য ক্রয়ের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্যের মূল্য নিয়ে কোন রকম আপত্তি থাকলে সেটি অর্ডার করার পূর্বেই জানাতে হবে, পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার পর কোন প্রকার আপত্তি গ্রহনযোগ্য নয়।
৫। পণ্যের ওয়ারেন্টির ক্ষেত্রে এক্সচেঞ্জ পলিসি অনুসারে ওয়ারেন্টি সেবা প্রদান করা হবে।
৬। যে কোন প্রকার অফারের ক্ষেত্রে পরিবর্তন, পরিবর্ধন সহ সর্বক্ষমতা BDKIK.COM বহন করে।

Refund Policy
BDKIK.COM always prioritizes the needs of the buyer, in that case we have an easy return policy, where you can easily refund the product. You can return the product under the following simple conditions at the time of delivery of the ordered product (while the delivery man is present):
1. In case of problems with the product you ordered (such as broken, dropped, wrong size, product not matching the order, etc.), you can return your ordered product.
2. While the delivery man is present, you have to call 09697 181 888/017 444 23 888 and complain for the return.
3. In case of return, the product must be returned intact with the box of the product. (Of course, the parcel must be unpacked in front of the delivery man) otherwise the return will not be effective.
4. Return charges are applicable for returns; Return charge within Dhaka City is 150 Taka and outside Dhaka City is 200 Taka. Please note that if the product is broken or the ordered product is not in accordance with the return charge, the return charge is not applicable.
5. The above terms and conditions will be effective for full payment products. Please note that the full payment product will be returned within 2-6 hours of returning the product after deducting the return charge and the remaining money will be refunded.
6. In case of full payment products, if you want to take back the returned product (subject to stock availability), you can take it again or the money will be refunded to the number from which the money was sent. Of course, the money will be returned after deducting the return charge.
Replace Policy
BDKIK.COM offers exchange facility for all products that have a guarantee, under the following conditions.
1. There is a 12-month exchange facility for all types of Sonaton Gold / Gold Nosepin, in case of exchange, no extra charge is deducted for the same design that you purchased. It is to be noted that if you change the design, the price is determined by deducting 25% of the product purchased in the past, and the price will be adjusted with the new product.
2. Exchange charge is applicable for exchange, exchange charge is 150 taka within Dhaka city and exchange charge is 200 taka outside Dhaka city.
3. To exchange, you need to send a picture of the product you have and pack it well on our Facebook page or WhatsApp
(017444 23 888) and we will review it and confirm the exchange order.
4. After confirming the order, we will transfer the new product to the delivery company, later you will receive the new product from the delivery man and hand over the exchange product to the delivery man.
5. You can exchange a product a maximum of 2 (two) times. If you need to exchange it later, 50% will be deducted from the price of the purchased product.
Warranty Policy

2. Delivery is completed within 2-3 working days within Dhaka City and 3-7 days outside Dhaka City, but it is noted that if the delivery of the product is delayed due to unavoidable reasons, we request you to kindly look into it.
3. “BDKIK.COM” has the right to cancel your order at any time after confirming the order. In this case, the advance price will be refunded as per the refund policy.
4. If there is any objection to the price of the product in the case of purchasing the product, it should be informed before ordering, no objection will be accepted after receiving the product delivery.
5. Warranty service will be provided as per the exchange policy in the case of product warranty.
